Our welders use a variety of materials. We weld pipe from .030 wall thickness and up. Our stainless steel pressure vessels can be hydrostatic tested up to 6000 lbs on site. Our weld shop fabricates and welds frames up to 30 feet long with tight tolerances on length, width and height. We weld all of our carbon steel with state of the art pulse spray arc and some of our stainless is done the same way, which makes it quicker, stronger, and cleaner. The majority of our stainless steel and aluminum is TIG welded for strength and sanitary welds. We do everything from single pieces to full production runs.
